Nutritional Consultations, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
Nutritional Therapy £50- This comprises of a consultation at your home or workplace *which will last for 1-1½ hrs. Once you have decided on a consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete which will require you to detail your food intake for 3 days along with other information (which is kept entirely confidential) to enable me to advise you fully.Once the questionnaire is returned (a £10 non-refundable deposit is required) I will contact you to arrange a mutally convenient appointment. Follow up appointments may be recommended and these are usually 30 mins at £30.
I aim to make the consultations, a relaxed, personal and professional experience, listening to your health concerns and working with you to finding a solution to them .
Reflexology £35 – The first session will last one hour, a detailed history will be taken, subsequent sessions will be 45 mins. Reflexology may help with stress, diabetes, migraine, infertility and many other complaints. It involves manipulation of the feet and is very relaxing many clients fall asleep. I have had professional success with clients with infertiltiy problems.
Indian Head Massage £20 - A really pleasant experience that is a great de-stressor. 20 minutes of pure pampering. A £5 discount is applied if taken alongside a nutritional therapy consultation.
